Rising S Company had humble beginnings back in 2003 when General Manager Gary Lynch made his first foray into the industry. Starting as the sole worker and with not much marketing beyond a dream and a Craigslist ad, he began working on bunkers with the thought of innovation always in mind. This led to the creation of high-quality bunkers with unique features that no other company has been able to produce or provide to their clients. One bunker became two, and soon word of mouth spread, with more clients coming to Lynch and Rising S Company for their survival shelter needs.

From then on, Rising S Company was its own success story. As more and more customers, both local and international, came to rely on the company for building state-of-the-art security bunkers, the company stepped up its game. ISO 9001 certified and approved by the United States Air Force Civil Service Engineering department, the company has continued to generate buzz with their quality and trustworthy building services. This has boosted the company’s name on news media like National Geographic, the Discovery Channel, Fox News, CBS, and more. While the company has indeed experienced good times and bad times like any other, their drive to create and innovate has seen them through.
